Still waking up singing “Sicut Locutus” or even “Ruht Wohl”?!!!  ?! The only way to combat this affliction is to replace whatever is running through your mind with another song. Try “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” for instance. Of course you may then need to supplant that with something else!

Have fun. I especially love the second movement – very exciting “Dies Irae”!!!
